Liquor sales in grocery stores

There are two classes of grocery store owner/operator licences: 

Beer and cider grocery store licence
This licence allows you (as the owner/operator) to sell and offer samples of beer and cider in your grocery store. You can’t sell or offer samples of wine.   

Beer and wine grocery store licence
This licence allows you to sell and offer samples of beer and wine (including cider) in your grocery store.
