Renew your registration
The AGCO will remind you by email or mail 60 days before your registration expires. You must apply to renew your registration and submit the right fee before this expiry date. You can apply to renew your registration through the iAGCO portal.β―
If the AGCO receives your application and fee(s) by the expiry date, weβll send you confirmation of the receipt of your renewal application.
If the AGCO doesnβt receive your renewal application by the expiry date on your registration, your registration will expire.
Your registration also may not be renewed or approval may be delayed if thereβs been a change in who operates the location and no one has notified the AGCO.
Apply for renewalΒ
To begin your renewal application:
- Log into your iAGCO account.
- Click the βRenewβ button next to the applicable registration.
- Complete the appropriate fields and press submit.
- Pay the fee.
Once youβve paid the fee and submitted your application, look for a confirmation email from iAGCO.Β
The βRenewal in Progressβ status on your iAGCO account doesnβt mean that your renewal has been submitted. It might mean that someone else started a draft renewal but didnβt pay the fee or hasnβt pressed submit. Keep iAGCO application confirmation emails or application summaries to know that your application has been submitted.
Make changes to the corporate structure
To make a change to your corporate structure:
- Login to iAGCO.
- Under βExisting Licences/Permits/Authorizations/Registrationsβ click βStart a transfer applicationβ. There will be two options. One will outline βCorporate Structure Changeβ. Click on βApply for this type of transfer".
- Select your registration (teletheatre) from the dropdown.
- Follow the remaining prompts.
Transfer application (structure change)
To add individuals or entities, youβll need to ensure a personal disclosure form or an entity disclosure form is completed. To edit or remove individuals or entities youβll need to indicate those changes.
- Click the βAddβ button to add a new person or entity.
- Click βEditβ to the left of each person or entity listed if you want to edit information before youβve sent the personal disclosure request. After youβve sent the request, you can only change the email address.
- Click βRemoveβ if youβve added a person or entity by mistake, but only before you send the disclosure request.
- After youβve added all of the people or entities you want to add, click βSend Disclosure Requestsβ. iAGCO will send an email to each person or entity with a link to their disclosure request, which they must complete. You cannot submit your application until all disclosure requests are complete.
- If you want to cancel a disclosure request, click the βCancel Requestβ link to the right of each person or entity. Cancelling a required disclosure could cause delays in processing your application.
- If the corporate structure for entities has more than one level, youβll need to reupload a schematic diagram that shows the relationship among the parent and the other companies.
- Upload any other documents requested, based on your answers to the remaining prompts.
Relocate the teletheatre
If youβre an existing operator and want to relocate an existing teletheatre site:
- Login to iAGCO.
- Under βExisting Licences/Permits/Authorizations/Registrationsβ click on βRequest a Changeβ.
- Select your registration (teletheatre) from the dropdown.
- Select βRelocation β teletheatreβ from the dropdown.
- Use the textboxes to provide information on the new location.
- Follow the remaining prompts.
Remove consented conditions on a licence
Removing a consented condition will depend on how the condition was added to the registration. You might need to apply directly to the Licence Appeal Tribunal (LAT) or another judicial body.
- Login to iAGCO.
- Under βExisting Licences/Permits/Authorizations/Registrationsβ click on βRequest a Changeβ.
- Click on βOther Changesβ.
- Click on βRemove Conditionsβ.
- List the exact conditions you want removed. Explain whatβs changed to support your request.
- Specify the date you want the conditions removed (yyyy/mm/dd).
Cancel a licence or registration
If you want to cancel your registration, you must ask the Registrar on iAGCO.Β Β
- Login to iAGCO.Β
- Under βExisting Licences/Permits/Authorizations/Registrationsβ click on βRequest a Changeβ.Β
- Click on βOther Changesβ.Β
- Click on βRequest to Cancel a Licence/Registrationβ.Β
- Specify the reason for cancelling your registration, the effective date of cancellation (yyyy/mm/dd), and if you need written confirmation.Β
You canβt reactivate a registration once itβs cancelled. Youβll need to apply by submitting a new application.
