iAGCO

You can apply for, manage and renew your horsepersons licence online through iAGCO.

Renew

If your licence has expired within the last 5 years please submit a renewal instead of making a new application.Β

Need help?

AGCO Licensing Offices are open on most live race days or call 1-800-522-2876 Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

Renew your licence

The AGCO will remind you 60 days before your licence or authorization expires. You must apply to renew your licence and submit the right fee before this expiry date. You can apply to renew your licence or authorization through the iAGCO portal.Β

Be sure to submit your renewal application well in advance of your expiry date to allow time to process your renewal. Your renewal is not complete until you have received your new licence or authorization.

If you don’t renew your licence within five (5) years of expiry, you’ll need to reapply as a new applicant and pay a new applicant fee.Β
Β

Apply for renewal

To begin your renewal application:

  1. Log in to your iAGCO account
  2. From the main menu under My Approved Licenses/Permits/Authorizations/Registrations click the β€œRenew” button next to applicable licence
  3. Complete the proper fields, make any changes that are required, pay fees and submit
  4. Complete payment and submit.

Β

Did you know? You don’t need to renew categories that no longer apply to you! You can make changes to your licence during the renewal process, like adding or removing categories or changing breeds.

You have successfully submitted your application when you see the β€œApplication Received” screen. You will also receive a confirmation email from iAGCO.

The β€œRenewal in Progress” status on your iAGCO account doesn’t mean that your renewal has been submitted. It might mean that a renewal draft has been started but the fee isn’t paid, or the application hasn’t been submitted. Keep iAGCO application confirmation emails or application summaries to know that your application has been submitted.

Transfer a licence

You can manage your active licence using your iAGCO account.Β

To manage your licence, log-in to your iAGCO account and select the task you want to complete from the main menu. Follow the on-screen instructions, supply any required documentation, and pay the fees (if applicable) to complete your transaction.
