Review the Suppliers Application Guide and determine if you need to apply for an AGCO Registration.

*Suppliers that provide goods or services not directly related to the playing of a game offering or the operation of a gaming site may be exempt from an AGCO registration. E.g. Suppliers of geolocation services do not need an AGCO Registration.

AGCO

Review the Registrar’s Standards for Internet Gaming to determine whether your products are compliant and any revisions or updates are necessary prior to engaging in testing.

*Does not apply to suppliers who only provide services.

AGCO

Engage with an AGCO registered Independent Testing Lab (ITL) to certify the product you’ll be using or supplying in the Ontario market. Testing will need to cover all internet games, random number generators and components of igaming systems that accept, process, determine outcome, display and log details about player bets.

*This applies to suppliers and operators who develop internet Β games, random number generators and components of igaming systems that accept, process, determine outcome, display and log details about player bets.
