Be Smart Serve® certified
If you work in a licensed establishment, you need to be trained in selling, serving and delivering alcohol (if applicable). You need to show that you’ve successfully completed the program before your first day of work.
Smart Serve® (the Smart Serve Ontario training program), is the only AGCO-approved sales and service training program in Ontario. You can take the Smart Serve program online. For more information, visit www.smartserve.ca.
