Charitable gaming

The AGCO regulates lottery games for charities, religious groups and other qualified operators for the province of Ontario. This includes bingo, raffles and selling break open tickets. We assess the charities and religious groups that want to host lottery games. We also work with municipalities to make sure that charities and religious groups are conducting lotteries in the right way.

We are working hard to update the information in the charitable gaming section of this beta site, but it's not quite ready yet. In the meantime, please head back to our current site, agco.ca.
