Open data and disclosure

Find out how the AGCO makes its data open to the public.

Overview

The Ontario government wants to be open and transparent. It has created a directive that says provincial agencies, like the AGCO, must post the data they create, collect and/or manage so the public can access it. Β

The AGCO lists all our data sets. We note whether a data set is:

  • Currently open
  • In the process of being opened
  • Exempt from being released as open data for a number of reasons (legal, security, privacy, confidentiality or commercially sensitive) Β

For datasets that say they will be made open, some data elements may be removed if they fall under applicable exemptions.Β
