In-person by appointment

In-person service is available by appointment.

If you are unable to complete your service online or over the telephone, in-person service is available by appointment. There is no walk-in service available at our head office or regional offices. Do not visit these offices without an appointment.

News media inquiries

For members of the media   

Inquiries from local or regional newspapers, news blogs, and other media outlets can be sent to our email address listed below. Media inquiries are monitored Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

The AGCO strives to respond to these requests in a timely and transparent way. In 2019, a service standard was established to respond to media inquiries within three hours. If information is more detailed, we aim to provide the response by the next business day.
