If you have a question about alcohol, gaming, cannabis, horse racing, want to check the status of your application, or share something positive with us, please visit our online iAGCO portal. Β

You don’t need to create an account to ask a question or tell us what you think. You can also reach us by telephone or email.Β 

When you ask a general question
We’ll aim to answer your question within 2 business days of receiving it.
When you ask a complex question
We’ll aim to answer your complex question within 30 business days of receiving it.

Submit a complaint

If you are concerned about the conduct of a business we regulate (for example a bar overserving alcohol, a store selling cannabis to minors, or the welfare of horses at a racetrack), please contact us through our online iAGCO portal.

When you submit a complaint about a business or person we regulate

We’ll aim to address concerns withing 5 weeks of receiving it. Β 

If we think it’ll take longer than 5 weeks to address, we’ll let you know that we need more time. Some more complex or sensitive issues may take longer if we need to consult with other experts. We may also need to ask you for more information.

When you submit a complaint about an AGCO service, or our online service
We’ll aim to address a concern about the AGCO within 2 weeks of receiving it.

The AGCO keeps all questions and concerns private based on the rules of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. However, we’ll tell the individual about the concern against them so that we can fully andβ€―fairlyβ€―review the issue.
