General questions about your account
How do I create an iAGCO account?
- Go to the iAGCO login page.
- Under βCREATE AN ACCOUNTβ click on the βcreating an iAGCO accountβ link. This will take you to the βRegister an accountβ page. Β
- Complete the information boxes on the βRegister an accountβ page.
- Check the box for βIβm not a robotβ under SECURITY VERIFICATION.
- Click the βFinish Registrationβ button at the bottom.
- Look for the iAGCO βRegistration Activationβ email. (Please check your junk folder if you donβt receive an email in a timely manner).
- Click on the link in the email to activate your iAGCO account. Youβll need to input your password for a second time. Β
We recommend that you activate your account from a desktop or laptop computer rather than from a mobile device. If you have issues registering for your iAGCO account online, please contact Customer Service. Β
Can I change the login or email on my iAGCO account?
No. Youβll need to create a new account using a different email address. You can then link your account to your licences by using your online access code. Β
How do I get an access code?
- Contact Customer Service. Β
- We will authenticate that you are the appropriate person to receive the access code.Β
- We will provide it over the telephone.Β
After youβve received the access code, youβll need to add it to the βMy Profileβ section of your iAGCO account.Β
I didnβt receive the βfinish registrationβ email when setting up my iAGCO account. What do I do?
Check your junk or spam folder in your email. If itβs not there, youβll need to set up the account again. Β
How do I reset my password?
- Go to the iAGCO login page.
- Under βAccount Loginβ, click on βForgot password?β. Enter the email you used to set up your account.
- Youβll receive an email with a link to βReset Passwordβ. Enter and confirm your new password. Make sure your password is at least 8 characters long and contains at least one number, one uppercase letter or a special character (e.g., !@#$%&*).Β
How do I update the information on my profile?
- Log in to your iAGCO account.
- To update your telephone and birth date information:
- Click on βMy Profileβ in the menu bar at the top of the page. Β
- Change the information in the fields under MY INFORMATION.
- Click on the βSaveβ button at the bottom of the page.
- To update your address: Β
- Under EXISTING LICENCES/PERMITS/AUTHORIZATIONS/REGISTRATIONS select βRequest a Changeβ.
- Click βselect your licence #β, follow the prompts and then explain the changes you would like to see. Β
*Note: You canβt update your email address. If you require an access code, contact AGCO Customer Service.Β
How do I add a person from our iAGCO profile?
Youβll need to be an existing and named officer, shareholder and/or director of the business associated with the licence.
- Provide the person with your access code. If you do not have an access code, please contact us.
- Have the person enter the code when creating their iAGCO account. This will link your licence to the new userβs account.
- If the account has already been created, they can add the access code under My profile.Β
How do I remove a person from our iAGCO profile?
Youβll need to be an existing and named officer, shareholder and/ or director of the business associated with the licence. Please submit an inquiry. Β
How do I close/delete my online account?
Unfortunately, users canβt delete their account through the iAGCO portal. Please submit an inquiry. Β
What kind of payment options are there?
All payments under $30,000 must be made by Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit.Β
Payments of $30,000 or more must be made by money wire transfer or electronic funds transfer. Please note that cheques andΒ cash are not accepted as forms of payment when using iAGCO online services.
Questions for alcohol-related licences
How do I apply for a new liquor licence?
- Go to the iAGCO login page and log in to your account.
- Under NEW APPLICATIONS, click on βStart a New Applicationβ and then βLiquor Licencesβ.
- Fill out the steps in the application. Select the type of application you wish to apply for. Click βNextβ at the bottom of the page.
- Under ENTER NEW APPLICANT INFORMATION, select a type (Association, Corporation, First Nations, Partnership, Sole Proprietorship, etc.).
- Complete the information fields under ENTER NEW APPLICANT INFORMATION, CONTACT INFORMATION, MAILING ADDRESS, PHYSICAL ADDRESS (if different from mailing address) and BUSINESS ADDRESS (if different from mailing address). Click βNextβ at the bottom of the page.
- Under DISCLOSURE OF ASSOCIATED INDIVIDUALS AND ENTITIES, click on the βAddβ button to add individuals or entities that will have direct or indirect interest in the business. A link will be sent via email to the associated individuals for them to complete a disclosure request. Complete the information fields provided. Β
- Click βSave & Closeβ.
- Add all relevant individuals and/or entities. Click the βSend Disclosureβ button to proceed. Click on βNextβ. Β
- Complete the information fields under PREMISES INFORMATION, PHYSICAL ADDRESS, MAILING ADDRESS, CONTACT INFORMATION FOR PREMISES.
- Under DISCLOSURE OF PREMISES MANAGERS, click on the βAddβ button. Complete the information fields provided and follow the prompts.
- Under PROPOSED LICENSED AREAS, complete the information fields. Click on βNextβ. Select βYesβ or βNoβ for each of the questions provided. Youβll be required to attest to your tax verification status (see details in the application support).Click on βNextβ at the bottom of the page.
- Review the list of documents on the page. Under UPLOADED DOCUMENTS, click on βupload fileβ. Click on βBrowseβ to search for files on your computer related to the βrequired documentsβ you must provide. Select βuploadβ. Repeat this step to upload all identified βrequired documentsβ. Click on βNextβ.
- Select the length of term for which you would like the licence. Click βNextβ.
- Review and fix any errors in your application (if any). Click βNextβ.
- On the FEES page, check the box declaring that the information you have provided in the application is correct and that you are aware that the application fees are non-refundable. Click βPay Fees & Submit Applicationβ.
- On the Government of Ontario Order Summary page that appears, select your payment method. When you are done, select βMake Paymentβ.
- Your payment confirmation will appear. Print your payment confirmation by selecting βPrintβ at the top right of the page.
- Click βComplete Payment Processβ. You must click on this button to complete your application.Β
How do I renew my liquor licence?
- Go to the iAGCO login page and log in to your account
- On the MAIN MENU, under MY APPROVED LICENCES/PERMITS/AUTHORIZATIONS, you should see your liquor licence. On the right side, click on βRenewβ. The βRenewβ button will become available 60 days prior to the expiry date of your liquor sales licence.
- Review the information on the page. Click βNextβ.
- Review the DISCLOSURE OF ASSOCIATED INDIVIDUALS AND ENTITIES. If you want to add a new individual or entity, press βAddβ and follow the instructions in the pop-up window. When you have finished adding individuals or entities, click βSend Disclosure Requestsβ. All disclosure requests must be completed before we can renew your licence. Click βNextβ.
- Review, if any EXISTING PREMISES MANAGERS information. If there are no changes, click βNextβ. If you need to remove a listed premises manager, please request the change in the text box on the page. To add a new manager, click on βAddβ and follow the instructions in the pop-up window. When you have finished adding the individual(s), click βNextβ.
- Select βYesβ or βNoβ for each of the questions provided. Youβll be required to attest to your tax verification status (see details in the application support). Click on βNextβ at the bottom of the page.
- Review the list of documents on the page. Under UPLOADED DOCUMENTS, click on βupload fileβ. Click on βBrowseβ to search for files on your computer related to the βrequired documentsβ you must provide. Select βuploadβ. Repeat this step to upload all identified βrequired documentsβ. Note: If the AGCO doesnβt receive your renewal application before your liquor licenceβs expiry date, your licence will expire. Expired licences canβt be renewed. Youβll have to submit an application for a new liquor sales licence. You canβt sell or serve alcohol under an expired licence. Β
How do I transfer my liquor licence?
- Go to the iAGCO login page.
- Log in to your account.
- Under EXISTING LICENCES/PERMITS/AUTHORIZATIONS/REGISTRATIONS select βStart a Transfer Applicationβ.
- On the βStart a Transfer Applicationβ page, click on the link that reflects the type of transfer you would like to do.
- Enter the licence number of the previous owner, and select the transfer type required. Include βLSLβ before the number. Β
- Enter the new applicant information on the following page and proceed to the disclosure page. Β
How do I link my liquor licence to my iAGCO account?
To link your licence to your online account, youβll need an access code. Youβll need to be an existing and named officer, shareholder and/ or director of the business associated with the licence.
